Raynor’s heavy-duty PowerHoist™ Optima is intended for use with larger garage doors in high-cycle applications. This gear-driven model features a continuous-duty, overload protected, high-starting torque motor and comes in a trolley or jackshaft with hoist. Other options include 1/2 to 2 horsepower and 115/230 single phase or 208-230/460 volt three phase. Every PowerHoist™ Optima includes industrial ball bearings, worm gear driven in oil bath, and a reliable electromechanical brake.
Perfect for medium- to higher-cycle commercial applications and standard- to larger-size sectional or rolling doors, PowerHoist™ Standard operators come in trolley or jackshaft. Choose from operators with or without a hoist in 1/3, 1/2, and 3/4 horsepower units and at 115/230 volt single phase or 208-230/460 volt three phase.
Raynor ControlHoist™ Operators
Featuring solid-state logic board control, Raynor’s ControlHoist™ operators come in various motor and voltage combinations, ensuring they can meet any industrial application.
The ControlHoist™ Optima operators are ideal for higher-cycle industrial applications and larger doors. This gear-driven model is equipped for heavy-duty use, including the overload-protected, continuous-duty, high-starting torque motor. Select from a trolley or jackshaft with hoist in 1/2 to 2 horsepower, 115/230 volt single phase, or 230/460/575 volt three phase. All ControlHoist™ Optima operators come standard with heavy-duty industrial ball bearings, worm-gear-drive-in-oil bath and an electromechanical brake.
The ControlHoist™ Standard operator is perfect for your standard- to larger-size sectional or rolling door used in medium- to higher-cycle applications. Take your pick from trolley or jackshaft, with or without a hoist, in 1/3, 1/2, and 3/4 horsepower units, at 115/230 volt single phase or 230/460/575 volt three phase.
Choose ControlHoist™ Basic belt-driver operators for your smaller rolling steel or sectional doors. The 1/2 horsepower basic model still offers easy-to-use features for your commercial applications.
Raynor FireHoist Operators
For high-performance when it counts most, pair your Raynor FireCoil™ doors with FireHoist™ Operators. They are UL listed for use with FireCoil™ doors, meaning you can rely on them for this application. FireHoist™ operators are also perfect coupled with other fire doors in need of updated operators.

Featuring 1/2, 1, 1-1/2, 2 and 3 horsepower models in line gear reducer options, Raynor FireHoist™ FGH fire door operators will create an integrated fire door system. You can easily reset the FGH operator by reconnecting its fusible link release cable and activating the open control.
Raynor’s FireHoist™ FDCL fire door operators offer a 1/2 hp spur gear drive for an integrated fire door system. Easily reset your operator by activating your open control, resetting the door.
The FireHoist™ FDC fire door operators also come in 1/2 horsepower and 1 horsepower helical gear drive options for a fully-integrated fire door system. Reset your operator by activating the open control and resetting the door.
Select from 1/3 horsepower, 1/2 horsepower, 3/4 horsepower, 1-1/2 horsepower, and 2 horsepower planetary reduction gear drive in the FireHoist™ FSE model to create your integrated fire door system. Simply reset the operator by activating the open control and resetting your door (with the exception of melting a fusible link). FireHoist™ FSE models can also be retrofit to combine with existing fire doors — just eliminate the components that traditionally fail in conjunction with an operator.
