Sheila, Please allow me to repeat what I said during our telephone conversation this morning, regarding the young men that installed this new door on Saturday. Ben and Eric (I hope that I have the names correct) showed up on time, took a few moments to talk to me about my need to upgrade the framing around the door (as Dave Guthrie had suggested when he bid the project), and then got right to work. As soon as they removed the existing, damaged door, I was able to replace the existing framing with new material and they then completed assembly and installation of the new door. When they were finished, they cleaned up the site, took care of the paper work, presented me with the warranty/maintenance/painting instructions, gave me some verbal instructions & suggestions, made sure that I was satisfied with the product and installation and were on to their next job. We are very pleased in every way! The initial visit by Dave Guthrie, the door product itself and the installation process were all above my expectations. "Last week my garage door spring broke at about 10:30 at night. I called Raynor Garage Doors the next morning and they were out to my house the same day and the door was fixed very quickly. The service tech that fixed my garage door was also extremely helpful. We had our garage door spring break about 3 years ago and I was surprised that it had broken already. Your service tech explained to me that with the amount of usage we have for our door (we open and close it about 10 times a day) that the standard spring would only last 2-3 years.
